In the future, it will serve as a hotel with wellness. But such a beautiful location also attracts unwanted guests: so-called urban explorers who come to take pictures in deserted places like this. This causes unsafe situations and many police reports. Moreover, such an empty property attracts squatters and vandalism.
At the beginning of this year, Monoma placed two residents in the property who live there and guard it. A good solution for the two boys who are allowed to live there, but not least for the owner, as there is no longer any question of police reports and sensational photographers.
