During the external audit, specific parts of our quality and environmental management systems were assessed against international standards. The audit covered several parts of Mosaic World, including Monoma, Plaza Resident Services and Watchtower Security Solutions. The auditors were positive about the open and transparent communication within the organization and the strong focus on continuous improvement.
