ISO-9001 certification renewed and extended

After an extensive multi-day audit, Monoma and Plaza Resident Services can once again call themselves ISO-9001 certified this year. During this audit, our procedures were thoroughly reviewed to ensure that they are uniform and consistent. In doing so, we once again proved that our processes meet the high quality standards set by ISO, as well as the requirements we set for ourselves. This result is a reflection of our dedication and the hard work of all our employees to constantly strive for improvement.

Part of the audit was the re-certification for Monoma Netherlands and Plaza Resident Services. For this recertification, more extensive than a regular audit, ISO's auditors not only looked at the processes, but also visited our complexes to verify that these processes and safety requirements are being put into practice. This recertification confirms not only that we meet the required standards, but also that we are actively working to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction within our organization.

First ISO audit for Monoma Finland, Denmark and Germany

VLast year we were already able to add our Monoma entities in Finland, Denmark and Germany to our ISO 9001 certificate as an extension to scope. We thereby demonstrated that they are fully part of our organization, and that all the processes that applied to Monoma in the Netherlands also apply to them. This year we went a step further and they underwent their first audit. This step is crucial to ensure that our international branches meet the ISO 9001 standard as well as our national branches.

Watchtower Security Solutions addition later this year

Like the various international Monoma entities, Watchtower Security Solutions will also be added to the ISO 9001 certificate this year as an extension to scope. This will examine whether Watchtower Security Solutions, active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom, correctly integrates with existing business processes and thus meets ISO quality standards.

Wouter Ommeslag, CCO Mosaic World, on the importance of ISO certification for Mosaic World and its brands: "ISO certification is the foundation on which our quality assurance system is built. In doing so, I think it is important that we challenge ourselves and set the bar high. That is why we asked ISO to not only look at the processes and do a desk study, but to actually go into the complexes and check whether what we describe in the processes is actually happening. It keeps our operational organization on its toes, making sure everything is happening the way it should be."
