ISO-9001 certification renewed and approval for ISO-14001 audit

Following an extensive multi-day audit, Monoma, Plaza Resident Services and Watchtower Security Solutions can once again call themselves ISO-9001 certified this year. During this audit, our procedures were thoroughly assessed to ensure that they are uniform and consistent. This proves once again that our processes comply with ISO standards, as well as the requirements we set for ourselves. This result reflects our dedication and the hard work of all our employees in their continuous pursuit of improvement.

During this audit, the auditors not only examined the internal processes, but also visited one of our residential complexes to see for themselves what processes take place there and to experience the interaction with our residents. This certification confirms not only that we meet the required standards, but also that we are actively working to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction within our organization.

As part of the audit, a stage 1 audit was conducted for ISO 14001. The purpose of this was to assess the level of the environmental management system and the associated documentation. No deviations were found during this audit; only a few points for improvement were identified. This has led to approval for the stage 2 audit, which is scheduled for September.

The ISO audit keeps our operational organization sharp and ensures that everything is done as the way it should be done.

Wouter Ommeslag, CCO Mosaic World

Wouter Ommeslag, CCO Mosaic World, on the recent audits: “After adding Watchtower Security Solutions and foreign countries to the scope of ISO9001 in the previous audit cycle, we are taking another step forward this year: in addition to ISO9001, we now also want to achieve ISO14001 for our Dutch companies. Our customers and society are placing increasingly high demands on the environment and sustainability. At Mosaic World, we are already doing a lot in this area, and this ISO 14001 certificate makes this independently verified and demonstrable. Our teams are busy preparing for the audit, and we hope to complete a positive audit by the end of September.”
